Getting help, without the runaround.

The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app, because that path carries the detail that makes a problem fixable. Everything else is below.

Best route

In-app feedback

Open the menu in the app and choose Feedback. It attaches the app version and the screen you were on, and shows you exactly what it is sending before it sends it. Nothing is collected that you have not seen.

01How do I report a problem?+

From inside the app, open the menu and choose Feedback. That path attaches the app version and the screen you were on, which is usually what makes a bug reproducible. It is the fastest way to reach us and the one we read first.

02What should I include?+

What you expected, what happened instead, and the screen it happened on. If it involves a number being wrong, the exact values you entered matter more than anything else, because the calculators are pure arithmetic and a wrong answer is reproducible from the same inputs.

03Can I delete my account and everything in it?+

Yes, from Settings inside the app. Deletion removes your protocol, dose history, logs and any uploaded images. It is a real deletion rather than a flag, and it cascades through every table that holds your data.

04Does OptimusPep give medical or dosing advice?+

No, and it is built not to. It is a tracking, educational and record-keeping tool for values you enter yourself. The calculators do arithmetic on your own numbers, the library states what a compound is and where it stands, and nothing recommends a dose, a schedule or a protocol.

05Do you sell or source compounds?+

Never. There are no buy links, no vendor content and no sourcing guidance anywhere in the app or on this site, and there will not be.

06Where do the library figures come from?+

Public sources: FDA labels, PubChem records and peer-reviewed literature. Where an entry resolved to a stable public identifier, you can open the original document from the entry itself rather than taking our word for it.

Not using the app yet, or need to reach us about something else? Use the contact page. For anything about your data specifically, the privacy policy and health data notice set out what is held and how to have it removed.

OptimusPep is a tracking, educational and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing recommendations. For anything clinical, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
